Felda Properties Sdn Bhd (Felda Properties) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Felda Engineering Services Sdn Bhd. Originally incorporated as Hawanna Properties Sdn Bhd on 4th August 1995, it was renamed Felda Properties Sdn Bhd on the 2nd October 1995. Felda Properties acquires land either from the Felda Group or other sources and undertakes property development and project management works such as:
