Koperasi Permodalan Felda (KPF) was established on 1 July 1980, to prosper the local farming community through ownership of Felda Holdings equities. Membership is exclusive to Felda settlers, Felda Group Staff, their wives and adult children as well as members of the Settler Co-operative and Staff Co-operative.

As at 31 December 2007, KPF has RM 1.17 billion in share capital with a total of 186,268 members.

KPF has succeeded in enriching the smallholders community. Since 1990, KPF has paid out double-digit dividends every year. In 2007, it declared a dividend payout of 16.5%, amounting to RM 178.2 million.
